Any problem a home user might encounter is catered for including, virus removal, hardware / software troubleshooting, Internet / WiFi troubleshooting and installation, tuition and data recovery.
Based on the east side of Leeds allows coverage of a wide area as far as Wetherby to the north, Sherburn in Elmet to the east and Normanton to the south.
If your problem can be solved in a reasonable time it will be done on-site and charged at the rate of £20,
for the first half hour and £10 for every half hour thereafter. Other jobs that may take longer can be done
off-site, for pre arranged price. For fixed price jobs the hourly rate does not apply. Collection, delivery and setup (up to 1 hour), are included in the fixed price service.
